Refunds & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services billed by Hackrforce Technologies, LLC through Stripe or invoice.
Subscriptions / retainers
Recurring plans may be canceled by emailing [email protected] before the next renewal charge. Cancellation stops future charges. The current paid period generally remains available through its end date unless we agree otherwise in writing.
One-time project invoices
Project deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work for that milestone has begun, unless we cancel the engagement or otherwise agree in writing. If we cancel before work begins on a paid milestone, we will refund that unused milestone payment.
Stripe billing
Charges appear from Hackrforce (or the statement descriptor configured in Stripe). Keep your billing email current so you receive receipts and renewal notices.
Disputes
Contact us first at [email protected] or (813) 563-0801. We will attempt to resolve billing issues promptly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in suspension of services pending resolution.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] with the subject “Cancel subscription” and the business name on your invoice. You will receive written confirmation.
